PetSnap AI Privacy Policy

PetSnap AI provides in-app pet skin image screening and optional paid cloud-based Deep Visual Reviews. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed and how it is used.

Information We Process

PetSnap AI does not require an account for local scans. When you use the free in-app scan, image analysis is performed on your device by integrated image models. Local scan records may be saved on your device so you can review your history.

If you choose to purchase a Deep Visual Review, the app may send the selected pet photo, local model outputs, pet details you provide including type, age, symptoms, duration and notes, and purchase-related identifiers to our backend service.

How Information Is Used

To generate and display the Deep Visual Review you requested.
To verify purchase status and support review retry flows.
To cache generated results and avoid duplicate paid processing.
To review service reliability issues and prevent abuse.

Photos and Reports

Photos and review data submitted for a Deep Visual Review may be stored temporarily or cached with a request hash so the same request can be recovered or retried. We do not sell your photos, pet information, or review content.

Payments

Payments are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. PetSnap AI receives purchase information needed to validate the transaction and provide the paid review. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

Third-Party Services

Deep Visual Reviews may be generated using third-party AI model providers. Information sent for review generation is used to provide the requested app feature and should not be used as a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

Data Deletion

You can delete local scan records inside the app. To request deletion of server-side review data associated with a Deep Visual Review, contact us at support@kudesign.net.

Children

PetSnap AI is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app and backend services change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
