Free scan: Take a clear, well-lit photo of the affected skin area. The free in-app scan runs on your device.
Deep Visual Review: After purchase, confirm the pet details form and keep the app open while the review is generated.
Purchased but no review: Open scan records from the home screen and retry review generation for the purchased scan.
Photo issues: Avoid blurry photos, heavy shadows, and images where fur fully covers the skin area.

Refunds and Payments

App Store payments are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please use Apple's purchase support flow. If a report failed after a successful purchase, contact us with the approximate purchase time and scan details so we can investigate.
